Cosplayers LOVE talking to admirers and fans of their cosplays. They get a sense of pride and accomplishment for their months of hard work.

Yeah, it can be awkward at first going up to ask a cosplayer for a picture and saying the characters name instead of the person’s real name but you get used to it! It’s fun to go up to someone and being like, “Hey Flynn! Can I get a picture?!” because that person spent months bringing that character to life and you just made their day worth while just by simply asking for a picture.

Just remember to always ASK a cosplayer for a picture and if you’re taking a picture with a cosplayer be very careful around their outfit and props!
